Return Policy

Jika Anda menerima produk dalam keadaan cacat produksi, rusak saat pengiriman, atau tidak sesuai dengan order yang Anda lakukan (kesalahan pengiriman), maka Selectro bersedia untuk menggantikannya dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut:

  1. Anda segera menghubungi Customer Service melalui telepon ke 021-6009920 atau email support@selectro.co.id dalam jangka waktu 1x24 jam (Senin - Jumat) setelah barang diterima.
  2. Barang yang akan ditukar/dikembalikan harus dalam kondisi yang sama seperti kondisi saat Anda menerimanya (segel tidak rusak) disertai dengan bukti pembelian/pengiriman.
  3. Untuk daerah Jabodetabek, Selectro akan mengambil barang tersebut ke alamat Anda. Oleh karena itu, Anda sebaiknya menginformasikan jadwal pengambilan dan alamat Anda ketika menghubungi Customer Service.

Selectro akan menggantikannya dengan produk yang yang sesuai dengan bukti pembelian (order confirmation) pesanan Anda. Proses penggantian produk memakan waktu 3-6 hari kerja.

Keterangan:
Bukti pembelian produk adalah bukti yang dikirimkan melalui email sesaat setelah Anda melakukan Check Out.
Judul Email: "Order confirmation for order #Nomor_Order_Anda".
Contoh Judul Email: Order confirmation order for #1022

If you receive the defective, broken, or wrong items  that are not accordance to the order that you made (false delivery address), then Selectro is willing to replace them as following requirements:

  1. You can contact Selectro's Customer Service by telephone to 021-6009920 or email support@selectro.co.id within 1x24 hours (Monday-Friday excluding public holiday) after products are received.
  2. The exchanged/returned items must be in the same condition as the condition when you received it (the seal is not broken) along with purchase / shipment invoice.
  3. For Jabodetabek, Selectro will take those items from your address. Therefore, you should inform the pickup time and your address when contact Customer Service.

Selectro will replace it with the same product or the right product according to your order confirmation. Product replacement process takes 3-6 working days.

Notes:
The order confirmation is the email you were received after Check Out.
The title of the order confirmation is "Order confirmation order for #your_order_number"
